Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom WATERFRONT vacation rental, located in the Elco community, just steps from the playground, boat launch and beach. Rental has all of the amenities of home, with additional add-a-room to provide additional living room space, covered deck, and large paved driveway And unbeatable lake views!
Rental includes a 4 seater golf cart.

Bedding, such as pillow cases, sheets and blankets will be provided for each bed/sleeper sofa noted in the rental.
Pillows towels and additional linens are NOT provided and must be supplied by the rental guest.
All bookings are subject to applicable taxes, services fees and Sherkston Shores Resort registration fee of $16.95 per person ages 6+. These costs will be included in your total at checkout. The guest is responsible to accurately account for the correct number of guests at time of booking. The quoted rate includes the unit rental, golf cart, and all applicable taxes and fees.
FUNPLEX passes are not included in the rental rate and can be purchased directly through the resort at the guest’s discretion.
FunPlex access does NOT include access to the pool In Quarry Meadows.

A pre-authorization of €496 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure
Notes
A rental agreement will be sent to the guest via email, to the email address entered at check out and must be returned within 24 hours.
All pricing includes applicable fees and resort registration.
All paid amounts are non-refundable. This means in the event you cancel your stay; all paid monies/funds will be forfeited, regardless of notice given.
Travel cancellation insurance is NOT provided by SAFE Property Services. Guests understand that if wanted, travel insurance can be purchased through a third-party supplier at their own discretion.
