How can Safe Property Services help you?
We offer both the full cycle management services as well as maintenance only packages, known as "Shore Support."
Package rates start at as little as 10% of your advertised rental rate.
Full support - We handle it all! From advertising and pre-booking inquiries to check out and housekeeping, we are the main point of contact! We take on all of the stress associated with the day-to-day tasks of renting. Relax and be at ease knowing your property is in good hands.
Our full-service support package includes the following services:
- All marketing advertising and promotion of the rental unit
- Dedicated website profile listing of the vacation rental
- Online booking platform
- Tracking availability of supplied rental dates
- Designated owner app to view bookings in real time
- Manage and respond to all inquiries prior to guest's arrival
- Handle all issues/questions that arise during a guest's stay
- Facilitation of housekeeping upon guest departure
- Management of all financials and disbursement of funds
- Manage and facilitate maintenance for minor issues and repairs
- Inspection of unit and golf cart after guest's departure
Shore Support - We handle all of your guest's onsite needs through to check out! We are their point of contact, assisting with onsite issues, maintenance, concerns, and more!
Our Shore Support package includes the following services:
- Greeting your guests and providing them a tour of the rental space
- Onsite assistance for guest concerns and guidance
- Facilitation of housekeeping upon guest departure
- Manage and facilitate maintenance for minor issues and repairs
- Inspection of unit and golf cart upon guest's departure
