We’ve made things simple, clear, and stress-free—so you can focus on enjoying your getaway.

Booking Requirements

Reservations must be made by an adult 25+ with valid photo ID

The booking guest must be present for the entire stay

For non-family adult groups, all guests must be 25+ (per resort rules)

Each rental has a maximum occupancy (including children & infants) and cannot be exceeded

Minimum Stay Options

All rentals follow consistent booking schedules:

Mini-Week: Monday → Friday

Weekend: Friday → Monday

Full Week: Monday → Monday or Friday → Friday

How to Book

Browse available rentals under the Vacation Rentals tab, choose your favourite, and secure your dates in minutes.

Valid credit card or Visa Debit required

All bookings include applicable taxes, service fees, and resort access fees at checkout

Optional travel insurance can be purchased through a third-party provider

Booking Confirmation

Once payment is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your stay details, booking ID, and receipt.

Rental Agreement

A DocuSign rental agreement will be emailed to you after booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

Resort access is available anytime on arrival day

Your unit will be ready at the time outlined in your check-in guide

Check-out is 10:00 AM sharp

Accessing Your Rental

Five days before arrival, you’ll receive a digital guest guide with:

Entry instructions & lock codes

Wi-Fi details

Resort access information

Everything you need for a smooth arrival

Resort Registration Fee

$16.95 per person (ages 6+)

Paid separately (but included in your booking total) and does not include FunPlex access

Additional resort amenities (watersports, adventure park, etc.) may have extra fees

Damage Deposit

A temporary hold of $800 is placed in the card used for booking 24 hours before arrival

Released within 5 business days after departure (if no damages occur)

This is a hold only—not a charge

Cancellations

All bookings are non-refundable, but we will always do our best to reschedule your stay, subject to availability.

Pets

Pet-friendly rentals are clearly marked (max 1 pet per cottage)

Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly unit will result in removal without refund

Note: “No pets” does not guarantee an allergen-free space

Housekeeping Expectations

Your rental is professionally cleaned prior to arrival. We ask guests to:

Leave the unit in the same general condition

Return items to their place

Dispose of garbage at designated resort depots

What’s Included in Your Rental

All units come equipped with:

Golf cart

Wi-Fi

Air conditioning

Fully stocked kitchen (appliances, cookware, dishware)

BBQ with propane (refills available onsite)

Access to beaches, sports courts, and resort green spaces

Amenities may vary by unit—please review your specific listing.

What to Bring

Guests are responsible for bringing:

Towels (bath & beach)

Toiletries

Food & beverages

Personal items for comfort
